1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Any return request raised after 5 days will be considered void.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact.

For footwear, garments, clothing, and other wearable categories, returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products, and clear proof (images/videos) must be provided during unboxing.

If you receive the same size, number, and color that you ordered and later wish to return, refund, or exchange due to personal preference, such requests will not be accepted.

Product colors for garments, footwear, and wearable items are subject to availability. If a different color is shipped due to stock limitations, StridePro (Alphabiz Company) will not be liable for return, refund, or exchange.
2. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

All online payments on StridePro are processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway.

After refund approval, the amount may take 1 to 15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on PhonePe, your bank, or card issuer policies.

Alphabiz Company is not responsible for delays caused by PhonePe or banking institutions.
3. Return Process

4. Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless received in damaged condition.
